Summer Mojito Recipe

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves (10–12 leaves)
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tsp sugar (or simple syrup)
  • 2 oz white rum
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnishes: mint sprig, lime wheel

Steps

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

Make sure you have all the ingredients ready before starting.

Step 2: Muddle Mint & Lime

  1. Place mint leaves and 2 lime wedges in a sturdy glass.
  2. Gently muddle to release mint oils and lime juice.

Step 3: Add Sugar & Rum

  1. Stir in sugar (or simple syrup) until dissolved.
  2. Add white rum and mix gently.

Step 4: Ice & Soda

  1. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  2. Top with club soda.
  3. Stir lightly to combine.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve

  • Add a sprig of mint and a lime wheel for garnish.
  • Serve with a straw and enjoy your refreshing Mojito!

Variations

Strawberry Mojito

  • Add 3–4 fresh strawberries while muddling with mint and lime.
  • Continue with the remaining steps.
