Summer Mojito Recipe
Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves (10–12 leaves)
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tsp sugar (or simple syrup)
- 2 oz white rum
- Club soda
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnishes: mint sprig, lime wheel
Steps
Step 1: Gather Ingredients
Make sure you have all the ingredients ready before starting.
Step 2: Muddle Mint & Lime
- Place mint leaves and 2 lime wedges in a sturdy glass.
- Gently muddle to release mint oils and lime juice.
Step 3: Add Sugar & Rum
- Stir in sugar (or simple syrup) until dissolved.
- Add white rum and mix gently.
Step 4: Ice & Soda
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with club soda.
- Stir lightly to combine.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve
- Add a sprig of mint and a lime wheel for garnish.
- Serve with a straw and enjoy your refreshing Mojito!
Variations
Strawberry Mojito
- Add 3–4 fresh strawberries while muddling with mint and lime.
